Yoga is a form type of exercise has been known since 3000 B.C. and today, yoga has become a trend of life for many people. Practicing yoga most priority physical exercise to train muscle flexibility, but also to train breathing and relaxation meditation. Practicing yoga will give benefits; to increase flexibility, power, and body balance.
What are benefits of yoga?
Yoga increases flexibility of joints. Motion of yogi include; stretching muscles, joints, and tissue ligament. This work simultaneously and relatively safe in almost all age. Another benefit of yoga is increase the working capacity of lungs which in turn, increase stamina during other exercise. This is because the practice of yoga, there are deep breathing exercises, and relaxation of body and mind.
Although yoga known safe, but that doesn't mean no risk. According to report of America, quite a lot of injuries from yoga such as; neck injury, shoulder, legs, and spine. Wrong position can also be dangerous of gestation, osteoporosis, and hypertension.
Tips before practicing Yoga:
1. The pregnant women, should consult your doctor before,to ensure safety.
2. Don't practice yoga without good instructor
3. Don't exercise excessively
4. Do it slowly, and from the base. And learn how to balance your body
5. Don't forget to stretching before
6. Wear comfortable training clothes
