Health : 3 Snacks Make Your Body Fat

Be it in the office, on campus, or at home, the temptation of unhealthy snacks high in fat, calories, carbohydrates, and sugar rich always lurk you. All right, here are 3 types of food should you limited or as much as possible you avoid them. So that you can keep your weight and prevent you getting fat.


1. High Calorie
Brownies, Cupcake, Donut, or another cake contain calories, fat and high sugar that can increase levels of your fat and sugar. In a short time, these foods can make you feel hungry again
so you just want to eat one of the the foods and vicious cycle keep continues, accumulate slowly and quickly make you fat.
 
2. Low Nutrient
Unhealthy food such as chips, fries, junk food, or greasy foods have little nutrient value. Not only contains carbohydrates and high fat, This food does not give the slightest fiber, vitamin, or mineral This food does not give the fiber, or minerals needed by the body for healthy living. Consume them too much only will give you extra fat, certainly it's not want you get.

3. High Sugar
Examples of high-sugar foods such as: candy, ice cream, cake and sweet cakes. These foods contain sugar and high calories, but only give you little nutrient. Your tongue will feel satisfied after eating it, but all it  only will add to your weight, and only make you dizzy.

If you want successfully maintain your weight, keep these foods from your desk or you should begin to restricting them.
