Age can't be prevented, but how are we going to be as old as 70 percent, depending on lifestyle that we live. Here are three things we can do every day to make sure we keep fit and active although growing age.
1. Sport 30 minutes every day
In a study of thousands of healthy people for 26 years, those who had the highest physical activity in middle age, most remained healthy with no chronic diseases in old age. The incidence of heart disease, diabetes, cancer, and "typical" disease elderly were also reduced.
Spend 30 minutes each day to physical activity most preferred, such as cycling, jogging, yoga, or walk. If you feel "window shopping" included in sports, bring a pedometer and make sure you walk 10,000 steps every day.
2. Cleaning teeth
About 8 out of 10 people not using dental floss after brushing teeth. That means about 40 percent of your teeth, not clean. Don't underestimate teeth hygiene because, not brushing teeth and use dental floss can lead to periodontitis, infection that can cause heart problems.
3. Multiply fruits and vegetables
Eating patterns rich in fiber such as fruits, vegetables, and nuts, can reduce genetic risk of heart disease. Begin to limit consumption of red meat and multiply sources of omega-3 fatty acids. Don't forget the calcium because than good for the bones, calcium also increase fat burning so that, slow down the fatty.
