6 Daily Activities Make You Slim

Limit the intake of calories in the body, is one of the effective ways to make your body slimmer. Whatever kind of diet are you doing, will definitely produce results if the number of calories consumed are not greater  from the activity are you doing.

1. Shopping
Walking can burn calories while shopping as much as 243 calories. For those of you who like shopping, of course this will become an enjoyable activity.

2. Cleaning the house
  Cleaning the house for 30 minutes, can burn calories as much as 80 calories.

3. Cooking
Cooking for 30 minutes, can burn  calories as much as 70 calories.


4. Jogging
Jogging in the morning can burn 220 calories, at once strengthen bones, abdominal muscles, and back.

5. Up and down stairs 
Up and down for 30 minutes can burn 200 calories. this activity you can do at any time, every where such as at home, office, and shops.

The conclusion is, to get slim body  you must increase daily activity. By increasing your daily activity, slim body isn't  just a dream.
